The service was genuinely good the staff was polite and attentive throughout my visit. The restaurant itself is average in terms of atmosphere and cleanliness. Unfortunately, the flavor of the chicken was disappointing and didn’t meet my expectations. While I don’t plan to return, I can say the service was not the issue.

It's been a long while since I'd been to Pollo Loco in Cypress. Boy, do I miss it! I had the Double Chicken Queso Crunchy Salad. I switched the cabbage to lettuce. My husband had the 2 piece leg and thigh chicken meal with mac and cheese, mashed potatoes, and iced tea. I really loved the salad! It was so flavorful and very filling! My husband really liked his meal, too. I'm sad that we don't have a Pollo Loco in Tomball!!

People are sleeping on this place! Seriously good food at affordable prices. Whether you get a pollo bowl, a meal, or a family feast, you won't be disappointed. Their salsa bar has one of the most tasty guac salsa around. No joke! Great food, great service, all at a decent price point!

We always order to go. This is the best alternative in cypress for healthier fast food. The roasted chicken flavor is so good. We always get the salad sides, mashed potatoes and corn.

My Mom, my sister and I went to eat lunch on a Sunday afternoon. I was expecting the place to be really busy, but we came at the right time. We ordered from the big menu on the big board (easy to read). My sister recommended the tortilla soup (I've never had it before; so I decided to try it) I was expecting mostly soup and just a little chicken. Boy! , was I surprised when the bowl was loaded with big pieces of chicken and other veggies! They give you the tortilla strips, cilantro, onions, cheese on the side). Plus you can help yourself to lemon at the drink station along with other condiments. I will definitely be coming back to try the other dishes. The smell of the grilled chicken is so inviting!

To be honest the food was spectacular and it’s probably the best fast food chicken you can get in the area, BUT first off they were playing a slightly annoying song at a slightly annoying volume. They probably would’ve skipped it or at least lowered the volume if I asked but I wasn’t about to try to make a scene over it . Anyways the only other issue we had was they served my brother with the wrong side but they corrected it and let him keep the extra so that’s good on them. Overall they have nice employees, solid food, and assuming the music isn’t an annoyance it’s a great place to stop for a quick lunch.

Great chicken plate, beans were good also. Ambiance was good as well. Lady be hind the counter seemed angry like they were under staffed but she gave us great service. Aver all good eats for our lunch break.. Would recomend...
